Dry Creek Homes builds homes for the residentials of Cooke, Wise, Grayson, and Denton county. The company has its largest concentration of builds in the cities of Muenster, Lindsay, Gainesville, Whitesboro, Saint Jo, and Valley View. Our team is proud to help build communities and dream homes across North Texas.
Shane McKinney
Shane McKinney is a very driven entrepreneur and 3rd generation builder. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Accounting (2018) and then went on to obtain an MBA, concentrated in Finance, from the University of North Texas (2019). He has been active in the construction industry ever since, focusing on spec and custom single family homes.
Colton Liggett
Colton Liggett graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Accounting (2018) and then stayed at the University of Oklahoma to complete a master's degree in Accounting (2020). He spent several years working in commercial lending with a specialty in builder finance. Colton comes from a second generation builder and has a strong passion for working in the North Texas real estate market.
